Slimming World is the UK’s largest weight loss program with over 800,000 members.

They help members lose weight through behavior change based on the most up to date techniques and a deep understanding of the psychological and emotional impact of weigh loss.

Designing the UX was primarily about user behavior. An automated coaching program was designed to aid and abet members with their weight loss. Special attention was paid to loops - feedback loops, return patterns and if and then loops. The design included heavy use of content dispersed throughout the coaching program.
